This role blends creativity and organizational expertise to transform complex business concepts into compelling stories while ensuring smooth collaboration between onshore and offshore teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPresentation and VisualizationCreate visually captivating presentations that communicate complex business concepts effectively.Work closely with teams to understand goals and translate ideas into engaging, impactful narratives.Conceptualize visuals, design graphics, videos, and animations to enhance business presentations.Research and implement industry-leading practices in graphics development and advanced visualization tools.Operations and CollaborationAct as a bridge between India and US offices, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.Manage timelines, coordinate culture committee initiatives, newsletters, and cross-location projects.Provide team support, including meeting notes, action documentation, and administrative tasks.Streamline team operations, enabling focus on core objectives and driving efficiency.Stakeholder EngagementEngage with diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment and coherence in project deliverables.Regularly update business knowledge repositories and ensure the organization adheres to best practices.Key Skills & ExpertiseMust-Have SkillsAdvanced visualization and design skills using PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Adobe tools.Strong storytelling and communication skills to translate business needs into compelling narratives.Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.Proven ability to connect with stakeholders and generate actionable insights for diverse teams.Experience in corporate settings, preferably in similar roles, with a deep understanding of business challenges.Preferred SkillsExperience with Google Suite (Spreadsheets, Slides, Sites, etc.) and advanced design tools.Market research, consulting, and/or strategy experience.Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills to interact with senior leadership.Familiarity with shift-based work schedules as per business requirements.Even Better If You HaveMaster’s degree in Analytics, Design, or related fields.Experience working independently under tight deadlines with a focus on delivering accurate results.Ability to quickly learn and navigate critical paths to solve complex problems.Motivation to identify opportunities for operational improvements and drive meaningful change.Work EnvironmentHybrid Role: Defined work location with a mix of remote work and assigned office days.
