  • Configured Azure Portal for the entire group of companies with Azure Active Directory setup.
  • Configure, manage and monitor Microsoft 365 for 8 different Tenants with multiple domains.
  • Helped setting up Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations on Azure with LCS including VM for Test and UAT configurations.
  • Azure App Service setup for Hosting Application with Cosmo DB.
  • Designed and implemented ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus cloud version based on ITIL standards.
  • Well versed in DocuSign E-signature platform.
  • Fully designed and implemented Avaya IP Office Telephone system with centralized server, which connected 20 different isolated branches into one Server edition IP Office configuration.
  • Implemented Avaya Call Center Select (ACCS) with 15 agents and 2 Supervisors.
  • Migrated from ISP MPLS connectivity to Fortinet IPsec Site to Site VPN using FortiGate Firewall between the 20 different branches. This reduced monthly expenses to 50%.

  • Design and implementation of Secure Print setup/ Uniflow configuration with Canon printing solution. This aimed to reduce paper wastage and cost saving on stationery.
